Clothing and Backpack

Hiking boots

Hiking boots are the most vital gear for any hiker, with waterproof hiking shoes being the best.

Clothing

  • Wear the right winter gear for winter activities like snowshoeing, starwalks, and cross-country skiing.
  • Don suitable clothing for kayaking, paddleboarding, rock climbing, and other activities.

Backpack

While a Camelbak and/or dry bag with a water reservoir would provide the most convenient option, any backpack can be used for your outdoor activities.

Leave no trace is more than just an ethic or a state of mind. It's a way of respecting our surroundings, making positive decisions, and creating an environment where we can thrive.

Take care of your waste.

”Go” before you go

Use the bathroom facilities at your home base before embarking on your adventure to reduce the need to go while exploring.
