Promoting wellness, connection, and community by exercising self-care
Because you should work on your mental health as much, if not more, than your physical health.
Because you should work on your mental health as much, if not more, than your physical health.
At Tame, our mission is to provide a more connective approach to tackling difficult subjects, beyond traditional talk therapy. We support and offer opportunities for individuals who are facing addiction at any stage, through donation-based activities and events that address depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues with compassion and connection, not shame and guilt.
Join us to heal from within, connect with your community, and be the change.
Our offerings include art nights, talk groups, a free library, full moon adventures, hikes, disc golf trips, bowling nights, self-care nights, hot spring trips, educational classes, one-on-ones with our executive director, workout buddies, game nights, yoga nidra, breathwork, and meditation nights – all sober activities.
Everyone is welcome, we can't wait to see you!
Your generosity helps to sustain our mission. It helps cover operational costs, ensuring that our clients can participate in life-changing trips and events without financial burden. It creates opportunities to build new relationships and a new way of life. Thank you for your support, we couldn't do this without you!

Our mission at Tame is to create a space for activities that connect us with our community and get us back in touch with ourselves.
Time is volunteered / money that donated is directed back to providing services for clients who can't afford it, cover the cost of leaders costs, etc., This isn't a common concept, so here's a guide, but JUST as a basis for suggestions
Check out our Go Fund Me for a projected 2023 operating budget with detailed break downs of how much each events will cost (based on 2022 year-end-report).
